The Thiruvananthapuram City Roads Improvement Project (TCRIP) in Kerala involved constructing, operating, and maintaining 10 corridors and 3 NH-bypass links totaling ~102.08 km under a Build-Operate-Maintain-and-Transfer (Annuity) Model. The project was developed in four phases and the first phase has been handed back to the Authority. The project has been operational for last 11 Years.
