Danny Samuel is the chief executive officer of the Investment Manager. He has more than 25 years of experience across diverse infrastructure sectors such as energy, telecom, roads and aviation. Preceding his current role, he undertook an international assignment as the chief executive officer in the Asia-Pacific region for IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL) and has also played a pivotal role in numerous capital markets transactions like ITNL’s initial public offer; issuance of India’s first rated and project bond; inaugural issuance of a renminbi denominated corporate bond by an Indian corporate group. He is an associate company secretary and holds a master’s degree in economics and financial management from the University of Rajasthan. He has further enriched his expertise through short courses at IMD Singapore and a postgraduate executive management program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Milind Gandhi is the chief financial officer of the Investment Manager. He is a chartered accountant and a company secretary with more than 26 years of experience. He is currently working with Roadstar Investment Managers Limited and ITNL as chief financial officer. He joined ITNL in February 2020. He is a senior level finance professional with extensive experience in areas including financial accounting and reporting, treasury management, corporate finance, secretarial and compliance, taxation, audit and investor relations. His leadership capabilities are evident in his track record of building and leading high-performing teams with a keen focus on execution. He has demonstrated consisted results in areas of fund raising, cost management, IT initiatives and stake holder relationships in his past assignments.

Jyotsna Matondkar is the company secretary and compliance officer the Investment Manager, with an overall experience of 18 years of overviewing the entire corporate secretarial and compliance related activities. She has an experience of more than 10 years in working for IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited, a listed company in India. She has played a pivotal role in various fund raising activities viz. initial public offers, rights issues, preference shares issue, debentures issuances, global notes etc. including listing of securities in Indian and overseas stock exchanges for ITNL and its group entities. She has also handled corporate secretarial activities of the companies domiciled in Singapore, Dubai and Africa. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and am an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“ICSI”) since 2005. She has completed certification courses in securities laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and National Company Law Tribunal conducted by ICSI, New Delhi.
